Arrival & Setup
Your first 15 minutes are dedicated to getting everyone ready for their experience. This includes:
Choosing your VR experience if you haven’t already selected one
A full safety briefing
Getting everyone set up with their VR equipment
Guidance on how to use the controllers and equipment
Making sure everyone is comfortable and ready to play
VR Experience
You’ll then have 30 minutes of VR gameplay, giving your team plenty of time to immerse themselves in your chosen experience.

Up to 7 Players
90-MINUTE TEAM EXPERIENCE
Up to 10 players
Our 90-minute experience is ideal for larger teams and gives everyone a dedicated VR session.
As we have seven VR stations, groups of up to 10 players are divided into two groups of five.
Arrival & Setup
The first 15 minutes are dedicated to:
Choosing your VR experiences
Safety briefing
Getting everyone set up with their equipment
Learning how to use the controllers
Organising the two groups and getting everyone ready to play
Group 1 — VR Experience
The first group of five will enjoy 30 minutes of VR gameplay.
While Group 1 is playing, Group 2 can get involved by watching their teammates, cheering them on and taking photos and videos. Each VR station has its own screen, allowing the rest of the team to see what’s happening and interact with the experience.
During this time, we’ll also confirm Group 2’s experience choice and prepare their equipment.
Changeover
We’ll allow time to:
Remove Group 1’s equipment
Clean and prepare the equipment for the next players
Get Group 2 comfortably fitted with their equipment
Make sure their chosen experience is ready to go
Group 2 — VR Experience
Group 2 will then enjoy their own 30-minute VR gameplay session, giving both groups an equal amount of dedicated VR time.

Up to 10 Players
2-HOUR PREMIUM TEAM EXPERIENCE
Up to 12 players
Our Premium Corporate Experience is designed for larger teams who want more time to enjoy the VR experience.
Groups of up to 12 players are divided into two groups of six, allowing everyone to take part while keeping the experience organised and enjoyable.
Arrival & Setup
The first 15 minutes are dedicated to:
Choosing your VR experiences
Safety briefing
Getting everyone set up with their equipment
Learning how to use the controllers
Organising the two groups and getting everyone ready to play
Group 1 — VR Experience
Group 1 of six will enjoy 45 minutes of VR gameplay.
While Group 1 is playing, Group 2 can watch, cheer their teammates on and capture photos and videos. Every VR station has its own screen, so the rest of the team can follow the action and get involved.
We’ll also confirm Group 2’s experience choice during this time and prepare their equipment ready for the changeover.
Changeover
We’ll allow time to:
Remove Group 1’s equipment
Clean and prepare the equipment for the next players
Fit Group 2 with their equipment
Make sure everyone is comfortable
Have their chosen experience ready to play
Group 2 — VR Experience
Group 2 will then enjoy their own 45-minute VR gameplay session, giving both groups an equal and substantial amount of time in VR.

Make It a Team Event
Our larger corporate experiences aren’t simply about waiting your turn. While one group is in VR, the other can watch the action, cheer each other on, take photos and videos, and get involved through the individual screens at each VR station.
For our 2-hour Premium Corporate Experience, you’re also welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks. We can set up a table in our open-plan reception area where you can enjoy your refreshments while still watching the action, cheering on your teammates and being part of the experience.
It’s a great way to make the experience competitive, social and memorable for the whole team.
