The VR Space Limited is a two-storey virtual reality venue for ages 8 and above. Jump into exciting games, explore new worlds, and take on fun challenges with friends or family. It’s a great way to try something different and enjoy a unique, immersive experience.

With a maximum of 7 participants across the entire venue at any one time, your session stays personal and exclusive. Book for 7 people and you’ll have the whole space to yourselves, making it perfect for birthdays, group outings, or just a fun, private escape.

We welcome players aged 8 and above.
For guests under 18 years old, a parent/guardian must be physically present in the venue before the session starting to read and sign a minor waiver & release of liability form. Some games will have their own recommended age ratings.

Yes, we currently only accept online bookings. Walk-in appointments may be available, but only if there’s space, so we strongly recommend booking ahead, especially for weekends and bank holidays.

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable shoes.
You’ll be moving, ducking, and dodging, so avoid heels, open-toed shoes, or anything restrictive.

Our standard Virtual Reality sessions are booked in 45-minute or 1-hour slots, depending on your chosen experience.

• 45-minute sessions: The first 15 minutes are spent reading and signing the Waiver & Release of Liability form, receiving safety instructions, and getting help with your equipment. After that, you’ll enjoy around 30 minutes of immersive gameplay.

• 1-hour sessions: The first 15 minutes are also for the waiver and setup, giving you around 45 minutes of gameplay.

For parties, we offer two packages:

• 45-minute party package – includes 30 minutes of gameplay.

• 90-minute party package – includes 1 hour of gameplay.

This allows you to choose the option that best fits your group’s needs and ensures everyone has a fun and memorable experience.

Our prices start from £24.00 per person, depending on the experience you choose and the length of the session. We also offer discounts, the more people you book for, the more you save.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

No-shows will not be refunded.

Yes, but like any physical activity, there are risks. We’ll guide you through a short safety briefing before your session, and our staff members will supervise play.
If you have a history of motion sickness, epilepsy, or other health concerns, please consult your doctor before participating.

Yes, we do sell a selection of snacks at our venue. We also serve tea and coffee, which can be purchased at the front desk. Complimentary bottled water is available, just ask a member of our team.

Please note that drinks may only be opened or consumed in designated areas. Our staff will happily direct you to the appropriate spots.

We can accommodate up to 7 players at once across both floors. The ground floor fits up to 4 players, and the first floor fits up to 3. So whether you're coming as a group or splitting into teams, everyone gets to join the fun.

Yes! Our DPVR E4 VR headsets are adjustable and can fit most glasses comfortably. If you wear large frames, you might find contact lenses more comfortable during your session.

Each session includes 15 minutes for completing the Waiver & Release of Liability Form, receiving safety instructions, and setting up your equipment with help from our team. The remaining 30 minutes is your dedicated VR playtime.

To make the most of your session, please arrive on time, late arrivals may result in a shorter experience.

Yes! Toilets are just outside the venue. If you need to use them, just ask a staff member they’ll be happy to show you the way.

Yes, free parking is available on-site, with two reserved spaces directly outside our unit (16) with five additional guest parking.

“Our site barriers close after 3PM on weekends, 5PM on weekdays, and stay closed all day on Bank Holidays. But don’t worry free parking is available on the side street opposite our building (Plato Close), just a short walk from the venue.”

We clean and disinfect all equipment after every use. Sanitising our equipment and facilities is always a standard procedure as health, safety, and cleanliness is a priority.

Please arrive on time for your booking. A member of staff will greet you promptly upon arrival. You'll be asked to read and sign your Waiver & Release of Liability form, receive safety instructions, and be set up with your VR equipment, ready for your experience.
We allow a 5-minute grace period, but arriving late will reduce your session time.

Yes, the venue is accessible for wheelchair users, however, experiences are limited to the ground floor only, with a maximum of 4 participants per session.
